Why Seventy7?
Simple really, when Seventy7 was created, those at the heart of the business had a combined seventy seven years experience in the property industry. Far too much to keep to ourselves, so it was time to share it!
Who are we?
Seventy7 is a family run business that has amassed nearly eight decades of practical knowledge and technical expertise in managing estates and blocks. Safe to say, we know our stuff. We operate primarily in the South east of England, working alongside Residential Management Companies (RMCs), Freeholders and developers.
What makes us different?
For a long time, our internal mantra has been ‘its not rocket science, but it IS people science’. Block management is as much about the people as it is about the bricks and mortar.
Our goal is long term relationships with clients. That relationship is based on trust, and that trust is based on communication and transparency. For so long, our industry has been blighted by a reputation for a lack of transparency to Freeholders and RMC directors, and a lack of communication with leaseholders.
Simply put, those two pillars, transparency and communication, are at the heart of everything we do. We operate with a clear mindset that this is YOUR property and these are YOUR funds. That focus on transparency means that you can access any information, whenever you want, so you are always in control of the block finances and can account for every penny. It also drives us to be open and clear with leaseholders about what we are doing, and why we are doing it.
This should be the norm, but we are pleased to say, its what makes us different.
